The company is actively seeking Senior and Principal Systems Engineers to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Based at their state-of-the-art facility in West London, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced solutions that will shape the future of naval warfare.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Engineering Lead and working closely with the Systems Design Authority, you will operate as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will engage across various Technology Readiness Levels, enhance an existing product through obsolescence management, and support activities such as design reviews, system integration, and customer engagements.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A strong appreciation for designing and delivering complex systems.
- Proven systems design expertise with a solid understanding of Electronics, Mechanical, and Software disciplines.
- Experience working throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to integration, verification, validation, and qualification.
- Advanced trade-off analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) without caveats, enabling work on sensitive UK Eyes Only projects.
