We are an innovative energy company, looking to expand our talented team with a Subsea Project Engineer to support exciting offshore projects. Responsibilities

- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of subsea projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide troubleshooting and engineering support for existing subsea equipment.
- Coordinate project activities, including cost management, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
- Support the development of in-house subsea intervention capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to project close-out reports and lessons learned sessions.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) with at least 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with subsea systems, including XTs, SPS, controls, and umbilicals/flowlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A hands-on, “DIY” attitude, and a willingness to travel for field work.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
