I have 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry having joined my first recruitment company in 2008 at a trainee consultant. I navigated the 2008 recession whilst competing in an extremely tough market, which enabled me to hone my skills and develop, working my way up the career ladder to team management in 2015. I specialise in the Manufacturing & Engineering sector, including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Rolling stock, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Procurement & Supply Chain and HR. Covering roles and clients nationally and internationally, gaining in-depth knowledge and a plethora of experience, I have a passion for forming strategic teams, coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to succeed and lead with a competitive drive and desire to deliver exceptional results. Beyond professional pursuits, I am a mum of two, currently studying for an MBA, Level 7, in Strategic Leadership. I’m also a keen runner with 3 marathons and many half-marathons and 10ks under my belt!
