I have been with STR since 2022, joining after I graduated from the University of Portsmouth where I studied Business Management. I specialise in recruiting for Engineering professionals across the Defence and Aerospace industry, covering a variety of skill sets including Electronics, Systems, Mechanical and Software. I manage a key Defence account, where my focus is on building long lasting relationships with the managers across their various sites in the UK to effectively meet their recruitment needs and develop a long-term partnership.   In my spare time, I like to keep active through hiking and running and am a keen football fan. To switch off, you’ll find me booking another cultural get-away.
