I have been working in recruitment for two years, specializing in connecting automation professionals, such as Controls Engineers and Robotics Engineers, with opportunities in the automotive industry across North America. My focus is on contractual recruitment, which means working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds to meet client needs efficiently. During my time with Talos, I’m proud to have received several accolades including Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter, and at the Group’s Annual Awards, Graduate of the Year Contract 2023, Rising Star 2024 and Year-on-Year Growth 2024. Externally, I was Highly Commended at the REC’s Awards 2024 for Newcomer of the Year. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two daughters, and our dog. I’m a big sports fan and will happily watch just about anything, though football and Formula 1 are my favourites. In my spare time I enjoy go-karting.
