My recruitment career started in 2000 with an IT recruitment business. I switched to the engineering world via the Oil & Gas market in 2003. The majority of my recruitment career has been spent supporting contract supply for Oil & Gas/Subsea, Construction, Infrastructure, and Automation Engineering clients. I moved into team management in 2009 and have been in a director-level role since 2013 working with senior leadership. I have grown and developed large recruitment teams within several markets mentoring new leaders as well as supporting graduate Consultants. I worked for a large Oil & Gas Contractor between 2019-2020 as their IR35 Project Manager, so have experience of working as a client outside of recruitment. I love to spend time with my family and I am a passionate UEFA C licensed football coach. I’ve been coaching at my local football club since 2012, and I also coach pre-academy players at Southampton FC.
