Since starting with Talos Automation in February 2017 as a trainee, I have progressed through the ranks and now run a contract team as an Operations Manager. I was thrown in at the deep end when first joining as a trainee, learning the job from day one and having to source multiple Programmers for a project in the USA. This was a large piece of work which to this day I refer to when working with colleagues, candidates, and clients. It definitely helped me learn the job quickly! Our team are primarily focused on the US and European Automotive markets, with most of our success centered around placing contractors to integrators working for the main OEMs such as BMW, Volkswagen, Daimler, FORD, and Tesla. Main skillsets we recruit for are PLC Programmers, Robot Programmers and Electrical Designers. Outside of work, you will find me enjoying family time with my wife and 2 sons. My main passion in life is sport. Mainly Football, Cricket, Golf and Rugby. I am a season ticket holder at Portsmouth Football Club; by some distance, the south coast’s most successful football club!
