I have 10+ years in international engineering and software recruitment, having started in the UK, US and German automotive markets, before moving into the global industrial/machine automation markets in 2018. With a deep, niche-focus on recruiting professionals within the PLC programming and control systems architecture space, I also provide professionals within all pillars of engineering, senior appointments, and the commercial and operations space. I lead our permanent solutions team within Talos, where we specialize in putting tailored processes in place with our customers for the times when contingent processes have failed. Outside of work, I am a girl-Dad who enjoys a jaunt through the countryside or up a mountain; a part-time Man Utd fan; who enjoys a Weissbier; eats a lot of cous-cous and likes a music festival from time to time. My peers call me ‘Wiggo’.
