Bio

I have 20 years in engineering recruitment and project delivery, spanning various STEM industries across the US and Europe. Beginning as a trainee recruiter in oil & gas, I progressed into senior and management roles, then ran my own small consultancy in the manufacturing sector. I started at STR in 2020 as Business Development Manager and was swiftly promoted to Operations Director for Talos Automation, responsible for our contract, SOW, direct hire and engaged solutions. I’m now focused on ensuring we successfully deliver the full extent of our services to customers around the world, with an emphasis on contracts and projects, which includes managing operations in our US office. I’ve also worked in professional sports during my career, and continue to enjoy football and the NFL, plus travelling for business and pleasure.
