Employee recognition is hugely important to us; we want our staff to know how much we appreciate them. We celebrate everyone’s successes and not just our top performers. Both Operations and Shared Services teams receive rewards and incentives to make sure we all enjoy the journey!
INSIGNIS EVENTS
Last year, we enjoyed cocktails in Gunwharf for our summer social. We partied well into the night at the Harbour Hotel for our Christmas bash and celebrated the company’s huge success at our Las Vegas themed annual conference at Old Thorns hotel in Liphook.
We also had 4 themed buffets including pancake day on Shrove Tuesday, enjoyed French food on Bastille Day, celebrated the Coronation with a cream tea, and enjoyed some sweet treats on Valentine’s Day! Plus, we hired two specialist food vans at the end of Q1 and Q3.
TRIPS AWAY
For our top performers, we introduced the High Achievers Club, which rewards our high-flying employees with an international trip! You could make it to Miami, go dancing in Dubai or live it up in Las Vegas! The opportunity is open to everyone – whether or not you’re on that flight is up to you!
